Before you hand over a game.
What kinds of games can I swap?+
Original physical PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch games that include playable media. Digital codes and accounts are not supported.
What happens if a game fails testing?+
The exchange stops. We arrange the return of both original games, so neither gamer is left with the other party’s item.
Can someone change the deal after accepting?+
No. The accepted proposal names both exact games. A different exchange requires a new proposal and mutual agreement.
Is SwapPlay available outside Lagos?+
Not yet. The first pilot is limited to selected Lagos areas while we validate reliable pickup, testing and delivery.
